  Great service all round. I called NZHIC on a Thursday lunchtime and Barry Marsh went around the property on the same day. I had a very comprehensive report back to me the same afternoon with photographs and details of all aspects of the house! I had also applied for the council report service and this was with me the following day. Once I had read the report and digested its findings I called Barry up and talked over the various issues that he had raised so that I was in a much better position to go back to the vendor to ask for contributions to the work that was needed. All round I have been really impressed with the level of work and particularly at the cost! Many thanks Barry.
