Introduction to the coaching process

Life can change at any time through choice, through grace or change can somewhat be put upon us.

If you are wanting to create change in your life or it is just happening I am here to support you through it.

You may or may not know what changes you would like to make, but know that your current way of being is not quite satisfying you.

My role is to help you clarify what it is you would like to move into, by way of how you would like to experience and live your life.

My role is to give you my time, presence and the space so that you can find all those jems and joys that are sitting inside you.

Then its about solidifying a joyous abundant life with the mental habits and thought patterns that bring just this about.

Its all about what you are wanting in life. The role of a coach is about guiding you to make what you are wanting a reality.
